FACEIT has officially announced it’s ‘FACEIT Pro Series: Apex Legends’, which is the first officially licensed Apex Legends esports series that features professional players only.
In the newly announced series, 16 esports organizations will put their brand new Apex Legends rosters in play as they battle it out in a points-based series across $5,000 tournaments throughout this summer.
An additional $10,000 seasonal prize pool will also be available for the highest scoring team in the series.
Among the teams competing are Cloud9, 100 Thieves, TSM, Teamquid, CLG,Gen.G, Misfits, Immortals, NRG, Complexity, Dignitas, Fnatic, G2 and T1.
The first event takes place at 2pm EST on May 31st and runs for 4 hours.
