Content Operations Manager – ByteDance (2018-2019)
• US Marketing Lead for Challenge Operations including all aspects of challenge management from conception to design to execution in-app. Writing summary & designs, Effects (sticker) Briefs, and working in collaboration with design teams to execute vision
• Increasing in-app challenge participation and engagement
• Conceptualize and track KPI’s in large scale branding and in-app community marketing campaigns including coordination of partnerships with MCN’s, digital influencers, and social media account management
• Assist in creating copies for in-app pages, landing pages, App Store/Google Play Store and social media accounts for Vigo Video
• Managing Vigo Video Official US instagram with 1M followers, increasing views and engagement

• US Market Lead for English language A/B testing in ASO and SEO localization for ByteDance apps

• Discover, Recruit, and On Board high potential Creators to social platform
• Conceptualize and track KPI’s in large scale branding and in-app community marketing campaigns including coordination of partnerships with MCN’s, digital influencers, and social media account management
• Manage High Priority Creator Partnerships and track, analyze and communicate quantitive metrics as they relate to talent
• Collaborate with team and cross-functional partners to develop and implement creative ways to improve talent relationships
Manage and help grow a portfolio of high potential creators
• Manage initiatives to grow emerging creators, including workshops, events and other projects
• Represent platform well in the content creator space, building our reputation as great partners and outstanding collaborators
• Assist new creators with the implementation of new products and solicit, organize, and contextualize product feedback from creators and support with data
• Partner on strategy and outreach efforts with emerging digital talent and industry influencers
