Kit Dunn: “Hello! My name is Kit, and I’m a Project Manager for Raidiant. My journey into gaming and esports has had one common thread from when I started to now: building and supporting initiatives that uplift gender-marginalized individuals in gaming and esports. As a lifelong gamer myself, I’m passionate about making gaming a safe, rewarding, and enriching experience for everyone.
Raidiant’s mission is to empower women gamers through events and initiatives. We’ve hosted marginalized gender events for Overwatch, Rocket League, and Valorant, with many more coming soon. We’ve partnered with major brands to spotlight women through event broadcasts, social content, and in-person activations such as meet & greets at major esports events.
At Raidiant, my primary responsibility is to ensure our events are successful in serving our community members from ideation to launch. I also assist with preparing marketing pitches and researching various game communities to improve our own processes.”
