OverActive Media has announced the acquisition of Spanish esports organization MAD Lions.
The new deal will see Splyce Vipers, the LVP team of OverActive Media, absorbed into the Spanish brand, and will also add FOFA, Fortnite, Brawl Stars, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and Clash Royale added to OverActive’s roster of teams.
OverActive Media is the parent company of Splyce and Toronto Defiant.
